About us
What We Stand For
C.L.E.A.R. is more than a name—it’s a vision:
- Community-Led: Grounded in the lived experiences of our neighborhoods.
- Environmental: Addressing not just green spaces and clean air, but also social, health, educational, economic, and justice environments.
- Action: From food security to transitional housing, from job training to public health, we act boldly and collaboratively.
- Response: We respond to crisis with community, to inequity with innovation, and to invisibility with visibility and power.
Our Model
Using the Social Ecological Framework with the family at the center, The C.L.E.A.R. Collaborative connects:
- Housing + Health + Employment + Education + Environment
- Modular, replicable interventions: such as solar-powered health hubs, trauma-informed reentry programs, and digital empowerment labs.
- Cross-sector partnerships: including nonprofits, universities, churches, hospitals, schools, and local entrepreneurs.
Our Vision
A just, vibrant, and thriving nation where every block is a foundation hub for healing, innovation, and intergenerational success.
Our Mission
To build a network of Urban City Lights—organizations and leaders acting as beacons of transformation—by equipping them with tools, training, capital, and collective purpose to restore their communities from within.
Impact Beyond the Numbers
Behind every statistic is a life changed—a family stabilized, a child empowered, a veteran restored, and a community rising together. Through Project C.L.E.A.R., compassion becomes action, creating lasting change where it’s needed most.
