Project C.L.E.A.R. is a bold, transformative collaborative born in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, uniting public, private, and faith-based nonprofits to illuminate the path to community restoration, health equity, and environmental justice.
What we do
For years, our organizations have stood individually as beacons of hope for the most vulnerable populations: the homeless, youth in care, seniors, veterans, returning citizens, and those navigating physical, mental, and emotional challenges.
Now, through the C.L.E.A.R., collaborative we are uniting and expanding this legacy into a coordinated, data-driven response to the social determinants of health, integrating wraparound services with environmental resilience and innovative technology.
